Codes are available on the outside of packages of SKITTLES® Brand and STARBURST® Brand Singles. Codes void if not obtained through authorized channels. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Call 877-265-3465 from 12:00:00PM (Noon) on 08/04/08 until 11:59:59AM on 09/12/08, provide your Code and follow the entry instructions. Limit: one call (entry) per originating telephone number per day. Entries made from pay telephones not accepted. If more than one entry is received from the same originating telephone number per day, only the first entry received will be eligible. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 09/12/08. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Prize winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 09/12/08 by D. L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Prize winners will be notified by mail. 4. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. If any prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize winners agree to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian. 7. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time.
