Do you serve businesses with multiple locations?

Yes! We have more than 70 branch locations across the United States and Canada that can service each of your office's local needs. To simplify management, all of your locations can be consolidated into one account. Our online customer portal allows you to place orders, submit service requests, and view billing information for each office.

What is the turnaround time on service requests?

We have a 1-business day guarantee on equipment repairs. We understand that if something goes wrong, you need your equipment up and running as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on top-tier service so that you can get the most out of your equipment and can enjoy the Aramark products you love.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, a contract is required for service. We do this so that we can develop a valuable partnership with you. A service contract guarantees you the most advanced technology, equipment, top products, and access to a one-on-one vendor advisor. Other benefits include advisement and recommendations on cost savings, spend and budget projections, quarterly business reviews, and top product and technology offerings, helping you save money and get the most out of refreshment services.

Our contract term is 36 months. As a valued customer we want you to be happy with the services and offerings we provide. To ensure this, we constantly work with you to make sure you’re getting the best of what we offer to keep your business running smoothly.

What size offices do you serve?

We find that customers with more than 35 employees see the most value in our services, but any sized office can benefit from providing a more positive and productive environment with break room services. We offer a range of products and services that can be scaled to fit your beverage, snack, and supply needs.

How frequent is coffee and snack delivery?

Frequency of coffee, tea, and snack delivery is entirely dependent on your office's needs. We'll work with you to set up a delivery schedule so that you get what you need, when you need it. Whether we deliver multiple times a week or just a couple of times a month, we’ll make sure your office is always well-stocked with great coffee, snacks, beverages, and supplies. Your dedicated Aramark representative will take care of all of your deliveries and get to know you and the needs of your office.

What brands and types of coffee do you offer?

We offer a variety of blends from top-selling coffee brands. These include regional favorites like La Colombe, to internationally renowned Starbucks®, as well as more budget-friendly options like Folgers®. We have options including whole bean coffee, pre-ground coffee, coffee pods, espresso, and cold brew.

Do you offer healthy snack options?

Yes! While we do offer sweet snacks, treats and beverages, we also offer healthier options such as fresh fruit, yogurt, protein and energy bars, carbonated water, and more.

We partner with the American Heart Association on the Healthy for Life® 20 By 20 initiative, a commitment to reduce calories, saturated fat, and sodium levels by 20% in our food offerings, and increase fruits, vegetables, and whole grains by 20% by 2020. Can I try/test new equipment or products?

Yes. In order to ensure that we provide office coffee and refreshment systems that meet your needs, we allow both prospective and current customers to demo equipment. Please contact your local Aramark branch or account manager to learn about setting up a trial.

Do you offer a hot water machine for the office?

Yes, some of our water filtration units and coffee machines have hot water functionality built in. Note that hot water options are not available on ice and water combination machines. Learn more about our different office water machines and features.

What types of water dispensers does Aramark offer?

We offer:
  • Countertop water dispensers
  • Full-height/standing dispensers
  • Full-height dispenser with attached cabinet/storage
  • Sparkling water dispensers
  • Ice plus water dispensers (both countertop and full-height/standing models)
Our water dispensers include some of the following features:
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) water units
  • Hot water options on water-only units
  • Ice options on combination ice and water dispensers
  • UV sanitation on some models
  • Antimicrobial protection on most models
  • Leak prevention on most models

Our counter-height and full-height bottleless water dispensers provide an unlimited supply of cold water, with some models including options for hot water or ice. Our machines include features that range from leak prevention, to UV sanitation to antimicrobial protection.

How frequent is maintenance on water machines?

Water filters are changed either quarterly or semi-annually dependent on the usage of your equipment. This routine service is included in your contract, while the filter of your choice is purchased separately. We offer four filter options for you to choose from based on your needs and preferences.

Thanks to antimicrobial and filtration/sanitation technology, no other maintenance or cleaning is required except emptying the drip tray as needed. Because of the direct water line connection, there is also no hassling with bottle delivery, storage, or changing the bottles. If your machine needs any repairs, we'll be there in one business day to fix or replace it.

Do you provide bottled water delivery?

We do not offer bottled water delivery services as a primary office water solution because bottleless water coolers create far better results for our clients by providing hassle-free, high-quality water in unlimited supply. With bottled water delivery you run the risk of using all bottles before the next delivery or not using all the bottled water you pay for. Most importantly, you can’t be certain of the quality of water in some jugs. However, we do offer solutions for individual bottled water for visitors, lunches, or other on-the-go needs.

What is the best water cooler for my office?

Determining the best water cooler for your office comes down to available space, filtration requirements and desired features. We offer options including counter-top and tall floor units and water dispensers with hot water, cold water, sparkling water, flavored still or sparkling water, and ice maker options. During the consultation process, we'll work with you to select the ideal machine and setup based on your space and goals.

Account Questions

How do I order more coffee, snacks, or supplies?

There are three ways to place your order:
  • Order online. We make it easy to place orders online, allowing you to browse our products and place your order (see instructions in the section below).
  • Call your local branch. We have dedicated customer service agents ready to discuss our products, make recommendations, and get your next order scheduled.
  • Order in person through your regular Aramark Representative.

How to Order Online

  • After logging in, you’ll be able to see each location that uses Aramark Refreshments' services and you’ll have the option to order more for that location.
  • Below "order for this location," you’ll also see links to repeat your last delivery, view shopping lists, or view frequently purchased and order history.
  • After you click "Order for this location", you’ll be taken to a shopping page with recommendations, featured products, and all product categories.
  • Note that you’ll still have the option to click Frequently Purchased, Shopping Lists, Order History, and My Last Order.

How do I submit a service request?

Service requests can be submitted online, or with a quick call to your Aramark representative. To submit a service request online, log into your account, click into the appropriate location where you need maintenance, and click the "Submit a Service Request" tab across the top.

How does the contract renewal process work?

Your representative will reach out to you a few months before the end of your contract to discuss next steps.

What if an item is out of stock?

Products that are out of stock are noted with an 'Out of Stock' message. You can place an order for items that are out of stock and we will delivery it when/if it becomes available. If the product is unavailable by your delivery date, your Route Sales Representative may provide a similar product.
